The Pre-Order Process
As everything is made by me – sometimes there can be delays. I work diligently to bring SqueakyMonkey to as many people as possible, and since this is my primary income please understand that you may have an outstanding order when new items are put up for pre-order. This does not mean that I have forgotten your order. I try to keep up with production status at Facebook, Instagram, and other places – so if you are looking to see where I am at with production – you can follow me there. Of course, I’m happy to hear from you if you would like to send me an email.
What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with quality or construction. I will work with you if there are any problems with your order, please just email me.
Please note that all SqueakyMonkey items are handmade, and there will be slight variations. If there is a major problem please email me and I will decide on a case by case basis what to do. Sometimes there can be problems that I didn’t catch before shipping and I am happy to work out a solution to make it right.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that all of SqueakyMonkey’s items are handmade by one person, and available on a pre-order basis. It can take time to complete your order and things come up. Please only order if you understand this is a process.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store’s shipping policy for more information.
