So, with the new distressing process - I am inhaling a lot of denim "dust" and last night I noticed that my tongue was blue!!!!!! Unreal! Next time I will for sure! Silly me...

Many orders shipping in the next few days. I've been hustling!

Worked in the sunshine Wednesday...

Many snaps to sew and embellishments done. I'm half finished with distressed jeans. I will do the other half tomorrow. People were very curious as to what the heck I was doing...

It looks like realistically I am 1 month behind on previous pre-orders. So, if you ordered something for July pre-order - it is now August pre-order and I'm finishing up everything from before July in the coming days. The little things can be so time consuming... I've begun work on much of it and should be back on track some day! ;) Oh boy! And August pre-orders are now scheduled for September.

Big Gash Slice - OUCH! Foot! Wah! :(

OK - so last night a glass got broken in my kitchen. I completely forgot about it this morning at 5am when I was stumbling around refilling my water at 5am. I tend to not wear shoes and have a habit that when something gets stuck on the bottom of a foot - I wipe it off on the top of the other foot. Well, being that it was so bloody early and I didn't have my glasses on or anything. I did that. What I didn't realize that it was a pretty large chunk of glass! A nice 3 inch gash across the top of my foot and it's pretty deep. It's sooooo disgusting and I'm so squeamish... I should have gone to the hospital this morning and gotten stitches - but, I decided against it. Luckily Shannon came by later in the day and her mom is a nurse and there is a product that helps bring the flesh together so it heals sorta like stitches...

Shannon has ordered me not to sew this evening. I've begun distressing denim tho' in front of the TV... And another Shannon stroke of genius - my Dremel arrived today and she mentioned I might try that as I'm distressing a bit differently this time around and it does some pretty cool stuff for the process...

Every batch of jeans is always improved and experimentation never ceases!

Boutique re-opening is delayed a few days - should be Thursday...
