The Pre-Order Process

As everything is made by me - sometimes there can be delays. I work diligently to bring SqueakyMonkey to as many people as possible and since this is, at the moment, my primary income - please understand that you may have an outstanding order when new items are put up for pre-order. This does not mean that I have forgotten your order. I try to keep up with production status at the production blog - so if you are looking to see where I am at with production - please see the production blog.

Returns

Please note that all items on this website are handmade and there will be slight variations. If there is a major problem please email me and I will decide on a case by case basis what to do. Sometimes there can be problems that I didn't catch before shipping and I am happy to work out a solution to make it right.

Please understand that if a refund is given - shipping is not included in the refund.

Cancellations

Sorry, there are no cancellations once an order has been placed and payment received.
